Dream Group with Phyllis Koch-Sheras, Ph.D.
Come share your dreams and learn a variety of methods for remembering and working with them to enhance your waking life and relationships. Dr. Koch-Sheras will teach her own technique of using “dream language” as well as several other techniques, including art, poetry, dream theater, and guided fantasy. She will draw upon her lengthy experience of working with dreams both personally and professionally as well as from her several books on dreams, including The Dream Sourcebook and The Dream Sharing Sourcebook.
